Shipping Policy

General shipping information:

Free shipping is limited to standard ground shipping and is only valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Sorry, free ground shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping is dependent on the on-time performance and availability of the carrier. Subject to change without prior notice.

Free shipping (4-7 business days) 1-2 business days processing time.

Expedited shipping (2-5 business days)1-2 business days processing time.

In many cases, if ordered before (GMT+08:00) standard time (17:00), we will process it the same day. If you are unsure of the shipping speed you require, please contact customer support at vip@kspeaker.com

Shipping times are (GMT+08:00) standard time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

We strongly recommend shipping to a physical address rather than a PO Box as some carriers are unable to complete delivery to these locations.

Shipping discount only applies to price after discount is applied (cart subtotal).

Shipping delays

kspeaker is not responsible for carrier delays. If a package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are deeply sorry for the delay in your shipment.

Goods damaged

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact customer support within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue for you. 

Goods lost or stolen

If your shipment tracking shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, we first recommend checking with the carrier as sometimes they will hide the shipment to prevent theft or if you live in a residential area they may Shipments are left at the main office. If after checking you still have not received your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to consider a solution with you.

Unwanted/Rejected Shipments

If you receive a shipment that you no longer want and the package is unopened, you can return it to the sender and we will happily refund you the full amount (if applicable) once we return the shipment. Please note that some carriers may charge a return to sender fee for which we are not responsible.

Undelivered shipments

If the selected carrier is unable to deliver the shipment or multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your shipment will be returned to the sender. Once we return your shipment, we will process the order refund.

Shipments with incorrect shipping information

If you have just placed an order and the shipping information is incorrect, please contact customer support as soon as possible as our orders are processed quickly and the window to edit shipping is time-sensitive.

If your order ships with incorrect information, unfortunately there's nothing we can do, but depending on the carrier, you may be able to reroute or hold the shipment at a location. Please note that this service may or may not incur any fees and we are not responsible for this.
