We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing of Returns
We will only process return, exchange, or refund requests after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our facility. If we do not receive the product(s), your request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return Label Provided: Contact us to request a prepaid return shipping label. If used, we cover the shipping cost.
- Self-Arranged Shipping : If you ship without our label, you must cover all fees and ensure delivery to the address above.
Restrictions on Returns
Our warehouse does not accept "Freight Collect" shipments (shipping fees charged to the receiver). Unauthorized freight-collect returns will be rejected.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [3 business days] after receiving and verifying the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
