KSPEAKER Return & Refund Policy

 At KSPEAKER, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange any unused product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Kindly ensure that the item remains in the same condition as when you initially received it.

To facilitate a seamless return process, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

 1.Original Packaging: Returned items should include their original packaging, such as boxes, plastic containers, bags, and other protective materials.

 2.Undamaged Product Condition: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that are damaged, broken, or show signs of wear and tear.

 3.Components & Instructions: All original tags, manuals, instructions, stickers, and included accessories must be returned together with the product.

 4.Secure Packing: Pack your returns securely to avoid damage during transit. If the original packaging is damaged, please use another suitable box to ensure safe delivery.

 5.Shipping Container: You may use alternative packaging if the original box is no longer available or damaged. Just make sure the item is well protected during shipment.

 6.Necessary Information: Remember to include the original invoice or essential contact information with your return.

 7.Confirmation Process: Before returning items, make sure all return conditions are met. Take photos or videos and send them to our customer service team for confirmation. Once approved, ship the products promptly and provide a valid tracking number. We will process the refund within three working days after receiving and checking the items.

Exceptions and Explanations

Exchanges

  For a quicker exchange process, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and then placing a separate order for the desired new item.

Shipping Fee

  All return shipping costs will be covered by KSPEAKER, regardless of whether the return or exchange is due to quality issues, fitment concerns, or other reasons.

Product Issues

  If you receive an incorrect item or the product has quality issues, we will process exchange or return requests within 3 business days. Since it is our fault, we will bear the cost of returning the goods. However, please follow the return standards to ensure that the items are in new condition.

Out-of-Stock Items

  In case the product you ordered cannot be delivered on time due to inventory shortages, we will contact you via email. You may choose to wait for the stock to arrive or request a refund.

PayPal Issues

  If your PayPal account name and address do not match the name and delivery address on your order, we will send you an email for verification. If we do not receive a response from you within 3 business days, we will automatically refund your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards received from membership upgrades are non-refundable.
